A thoughtful exploration of craft, design, and what it means to create with intention.
For as long as I can remember, my hands have sought to create. What began as simple childhood crafts evolved into a deep appreciation for the tactile, the handmade, and the uniquely personal.
This space isn't about perfection or mass production. It's about the quiet satisfaction of watching an idea take form, the learning that comes with each attempt, and the beauty found in the imperfect.
I believe in creating pieces that carry meaning—whether it's a custom phone case that tells your story, a hand-stitched textile that brings warmth to a space, or a small-batch craft made with care.
Every piece touched by human hands, not machines
Drawing from nature's colors, textures, and patterns
Creating pieces that mean something to both maker and recipient
My journey in handcrafted resin artistry
My creative journey centers on creating customized resin phone cases that blend artistry with function. Each piece is handcrafted with careful attention to detail, incorporating unique elements like pressed flowers, crystals, glitter, and custom designs that tell a personal story.
More about my creative evolution and the path that led to CasedUpByD will be shared here soon.
Future explorations and creative milestones to be documented as the journey continues.
The principles that guide every piece I create
The joy is in the making—the quiet focus, the problem-solving, the moment when materials become something new. The finished piece is simply where the journey pauses.
Mindful material selection, minimizing waste, and creating pieces meant to last. I work with high-quality materials that age gracefully and can be repaired or repurposed.
Some of my favorite pieces have come from collaboration—listening to someone's story and helping translate it into something tangible they can hold and use daily.
Allowing creativity to evolve naturally rather than forcing it into predefined boxes. This means sometimes pivoting, sometimes pausing, and always following curiosity.
Thoughtful selection and intentional process
UV-resistant, crystal clear formulas that maintain their clarity over time
Swarovski crystals and lead-free glass beads for sustainable sparkle
Pressed flowers, dried herbs, and botanical elements from sustainable sources
Lightfast, non-toxic colorants that won't fade or yellow with time
Essential oils, natural clays, and plant-based ingredients for small-batch crafts
Every piece begins with intention—whether it's a client's story or a personal inspiration.
Choosing colors, textures, and elements that will bring the vision to life.
The meditative process of bringing all elements together with focused attention.
Each piece is examined for durability, finish, and overall aesthetic before it's ready.
Common questions about my work and process
Most custom cases take 7-10 business days from concept to completion. This includes design consultation, material preparation, the curing process (which requires 48 hours alone), and quality finishing. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
I use high-quality, UV-resistant resin that's designed for durability. The cases provide good protection against everyday drops and scratches. However, like any handmade item, they require reasonable care—avoid extreme heat, harsh chemicals, and excessive force. Each case comes with care instructions.
While I don't copy other artists' work, I'm happy to create something inspired by a style, color palette, or general concept you love. The goal is to create something uniquely yours, not a replica. Bring your inspiration, and we'll create something special together.
Modifications can be made within the first 24 hours after order confirmation. Once materials have been prepared or work has begun, modifications may incur additional fees. Cancellations are accepted with a full refund if made before materials are prepared (typically within 48 hours of order).
Yes, I offer repair services for cases made by me. The feasibility and cost depend on the type and extent of damage. Minor scratches can often be polished out, while more significant damage may require partial or complete recreation. Contact me with photos of the damage for an assessment.
